The Journey Explained

This manual is called The Journey because it is patterned after the Exodus - the journey of the Israelites from Egypt to the Promised Land. This dominate theme in Scripture helps us see what God originally intended and expects from us in our relationship with Him.

Chapter 1 
Patterns + Principles

Before we get started on our journey, there are several concepts that will be repeated throughout The Journey that will be important to understand in order to put the pieces of the map together. The two dominant concepts that we re-visit often are “principle” and “pattern”.
